Equipment

  • 1 Cooking pan Choose a wide and flat pan. This recipe involves cooking multiple ingredients on one surface.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pieces of bacon
  • 2 sausages
  • 100 gram white mushroom chopped vertically
  • 1 small white onion chopped vertically
  • 1 egg
  • canned white beans in tomato
  • bread of your choice toasted

Instructions
 

  • Put your pan on medium-high fire. Once the pan is hot, drop the bacon in and let it cook for 1-2 minutes until there's some fat on the pan.

  • With the pork fat, put the sausage on the pan and let it cook for about 10 minutes. Lower the heat to medium.

  • After the sausage has been on the pan for a minute or two, drop the chopped onion and mushroom in. Crack the egg and drop it in next to other ingredients. You can beat the egg to make omelette, or you can leave the egg sunny-side-up. Cover the pan to help all the ingredients cook more easily.

  • From time to time, turn the sausage, onion, mushroom, and bacon to help them cook more evenly.
  • After 10 minutes, check if the ingredients are almost cooked. If they're almost cooked, you can move on to heat the beans up. You can heat them up in the same pan (if there's room left), or use the microwave.

  • Once the ingredients on the pan are cooked, and the beans are warm, you can plate them. Slice the bread and enjoy them with the rest of the ingredients.
